Kona Race Week for KPeasey!

Update: They crushed it!!! All the prep, good vibes, hard work, and help from the team paid off. Kyle, Brent had an incredible day, setting a new record finishing in 14 hours and 8 minutes! Including a super fast, just over 8 hour bike leg. Let’s just call it as it is and say they are the World Record Holders. Pretty amazing and so much fun to follow and be a part of the journey. Check out the full video series from Hyundai down below. Good stuff!

Hyundai and The Kyle Pease Foundation Launch Exclusive Video Series on Journey to IRONMAN World Championship Triumph

Hyundai Motor America, reinforcing the company’s Progress For Humanity vision, have launched an exclusive video series documenting the inspiring journey, triumphs, and challenges faced by athletes with disabilities as Brent and Kyle Pease take on the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. The world-famous 140.6-mile event – presenting the ultimate test of body, mind, and spirit – has been the home of The Foundation’s efforts, shaped around the participation of the co-founder brothers, who were the first push-assisted brother duo to complete the challenge in 2018.

Hyundai is honored to continue empowering The Kyle Pease Foundation in their mission to promote inclusivity in sports, as well as in society,” said Erik Thomas, Director, Experiential & Multicultural Marketing, Hyundai Motor America. “This inspiring video series is taking a vibrant look into the journey of Brent and Kyle Pease taking on one of the most grueling sporting events in the world, as they gear up to this year’s race in Kona. We believe that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, should have the opportunity to participate in, as well as triumph in sports, as well as in life. This series is a reflection of our commitment – and our belief in the power of the human spirit.”
